Conditions of Entry 2025
• Pigeons will only be accepted if they have not dropped a flight & should ideally be fully covered under the wing
• Pigeon should be rung with current year rings (2024)
• All entrance fees must be paid in full before Pigeons be accepted in the Meadow One Loft Race.
• Pay for 5 pigeons, the 6th is free.
• Pay for 10 Pigeons, 11 and 12 are free
• Pay for 15 Pigeons, 16th, 17th and 18 free
• 10% Deposit Per Pigeon will secure your spot. Per Pigeon is $350.00
• You may send as many participants as you like
• Final prize money will be advised when all entrants are received and paid for
Races and distance's
Race 1 - 350kms to 400kms (240 miles)
Race 2 - 450kms to 500kms (300 miles)
Race 3 - 600kms plus (350 miles).
After the final race, money will be distributed for races 1, 2, and the main event.
Vaccination
All pigeons must be vaccinated against PMV1 two weeks prior to arrival.
Meadow One Loft Race Entry Dates
Pigeons can be entered from Saturday 16 November 2024 until Saturday, 25 January 2025 - Weekends only.
Interstate Arrivals
Virgin Freight can be reached at 138 287 to make reservations for flights. Once you have made bookings for flights for the 2pm arrival on the upcoming dates, do let us know.

Local drop off Sunday's between 10am - 2 o’clock.
Electronic Timing
Meadow ONE loft race will be using Benzing One Loft Race Software Package. Pigeons will be chipped up on arrival.
Lost Bird
If any intakes are lost prior 26 January 2025 they can be replaced.
